The government is going to investigate exclusive contracts between cell phone carriers and phone makers (i.e. Iphone/AT&T?, PRE/Sprint, etc..)

Everyone has been complaining lately about the stupid exclusive agreements between phone carriers and phone manufacturers. The number one complaint i hear about the IPHONE is that it's on AT&T's network. The phone itself is great, but the service is lacking. Other exclusive contracts are Sprint's new Palm PRE (which is only 6 months..far less then the current Iphone/AT&T exclusive contract).
